Project idea

The goal was to create a system that transforms the traditional service model into “Service-as-a-Product”. Instead of sending general inquiries, clients can configure the order parameters (e.g. LOD level of detail, style) before even contacting the company, which makes the first quote more precise and faster.

The platform integrates 4 key roles: Client, Operator, Employee and Administrator, ensuring a smooth flow of information from the first click on the website all the way to the final invoice and downloading the project files.

Main system modules

The system has been divided into specialized modules, each tailored to the needs of a specific group of users.

Website & configurator

The public part of the system. Ecommerce for services with 6 categories. It lets users precisely configure the order before sending an inquiry. Content is managed with FireCMS, and quote forms are built dynamically.

Client portal

A command center for the client. Full order history, delivery statuses and communication in one place, with one-click offer acceptance and secure file transfer.

Operator panel

A tool for project managers. It enables delegating tasks, verifying quotes and overseeing deadlines, including team management and quality assurance.

Employee portal

A dedicated space for architects and contractors. A clear task list and tools for reporting progress, with access to source files and delivery time tracking.

Order process

1. Inquiry. The client configures the service and sends an RFQ.
2. Quote. The operator assigns the quoting task.
3. Offer. The client receives an email and accepts the costs.
4. Delivery. The employee carries out the order.
5. Completion. Stripe invoice and file download.
